We normally deliver within 1–2 business days. For more remote addresses, delivery may take 3–4 business days in rare cases. Regardless of location, we always ensure the cold chain is maintained all the way to your nearest pickup point.
Orders are usually shipped around midday Monday to Wednesday. We avoid dispatching packages if there’s a risk they will be held at a terminal over the weekend.
We use different carriers depending on where you live in Sweden. The caviar jars are packed in cardboard boxes with cooling elements and eco-friendly wool insulation, or in styrofoam boxes.
You will receive a tracking number from the carrier so you can follow your delivery.
