Arctic Tradition
Our classic sturgeon Arctic Tradition has a soft, clean taste and fine
aftertaste.
The live-harvested Siberian sturgeon (Acipenser Baerii) caviar is cultured indoors in Småland. The caviar is lightly salted.
The colour of the grains varies between black, grey and in some cases grey-brown.
The caviar is prepared according to Arctic Roe's traditional method, where the caviar, after washing, receives a light heat treatment to stabilize the roe grains. This procedure gives the caviar a silky texture that melts on the tongue, thereby releasing all the wonderful flavours. Next comes a mineral ocean combination with a buttery, creamy nuttiness that later turns into a wave of umami.
Live-harvested roe grains are larger in size than the corresponding grains from
butchered fish. The best-before date is approximately 6 months from the date of production
a storage temperature of no more than +4 degrees Celsius.
Contents: Sturgeon roe (94.3%), rapeseed oil (2%), salt (3.7%).

1-2 working days delivery time throughout Sweden
Deliveries usually take 1-2 working days. Some addresses may exceptionally take 3-4 working days. Then of course we still make sure that the cold chain is maintained all the way to your nearest collection point.
We usually send out the packages around lunchtime Monday - Wednesday, except in cases where the package risks being at a terminal over the weekend.
We use different shipping companies depending on where the customer lives. The caviar is usually sent in corrugated cardboard boxes filled with cooling elements and temperature insulation layers including environmentally friendly sheep's wool, or styrofoam boxes.
A so-called "tracking number" is usually obtained from the carrier so that you can follow the shipment's route to your nearest collection point.
