Showcasing Exquisite Caviar in Stockholm
On September 12, Arctic Roe of Scandinavia AB ("AROS") had the honor of demonstrating its premium caviar at a prestigious event in Stockholm. The annual "Chef of the Year" competition, hosted at the Globen Sports Arena, Annexet, attracted hundreds of professionals from the food industry. This remarkable event was sponsored by the Mengio company, AROS's dedicated distributor.
Engaging with Culinary Experts
AROS maintained an active presence throughout the event on Thursday, engaging with numerous food industry experts. Visitors flocked to AROS's stand in the sky bar, located within the hall, where lively discussions ensued. The delectable caviar was elegantly paired with sparkling wine from the Spendrup company and complemented by cheese from Arla.
Triumph in Växjö
The following day, on Friday, September 13, AROS was invited to the city of Växjö. Here, the Gastronomic Academy of the province of Småland and the island of Öland ("Småland och Öland Gastronomisk Akademi") hosted an awards ceremony. Competing in the local food producers category, AROS emerged victorious. The awards were presented by the esteemed Mr. Fredrik Andersson, renowned chef and current Captain of the Swedish National Team of Chefs. The elegant event dinner was attended by around 150 guests at the prestigious hotel and restaurant PM & Vänner in Växjö.
