Demand for our Småland caviar is currently exceptionally high, which makes us both proud and very grateful. To ensure that all orders are delivered as quickly as possible while maintaining our quality standards, we have temporarily paused sales of certain products.

We harvest our caviar every week, but each batch is then rested and stored with us for several weeks before being released for sale. This is a deliberate part of our process to ensure optimal flavor, texture, and maturation.

This means new opportunities to purchase caviar open every week, but in very limited volumes. When a batch is released, you simply have to be quick. The next release opens as soon as the current batch is ready.
