Right of withdrawal: You can use this form if you, as a consumer, want to withdraw from an agreement that you have entered into by exercising your 14-day right of withdrawal under the Distance and Doorstep Sales Act (2005:59). If the right of withdrawal applies and you choose to exercise it, the products must be returned within 14 days from the day you announce that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You are responsible for the return costs when exercising the right of withdrawal.
Complaints: You can also use this form to complain about defects in purchased products. You are responsible for the return costs, but in the event of an approved complaint, you have the right to be reimbursed for paid return costs.
